Description
The R2 belongs to the Anklings Runner line and introduces a new surface character. Like all Runner models, it is shorter in length and framed with cuffs.
Its defining feature is the loose, wide full-cardigan knit midsection, which gives the piece an oversized look – an extroverted contrast to the otherwise known narrow rib structures.
Compared to the Classic line, the Runners are symmetrical and do not taper to one side. The surface of the R2 appears more horizontal and distinctly different from classic rib knits. The surface is more uniform but stronger in texture.
The yarn remains our wonderfully soft merino.

Care
Simply air out your Anklings in the fresh air – this refreshes the material and neutralizes odors on its own. High-quality merino wool has the special property of regenerating itself while maintaining its quality. Only hand wash when visibly soiled

Produced on demand in Germany, Anklings works against conventional overproduction. Each piece is made in deliberate quantities from 100% RWS merino wool and reduced to a mono-material construction. Circular by design, the product remains clear in composition and easier to recycle at the end of its life. No excess. No unnecessary stock. Just precise knitwear designed for longevity.
